The Common

There are many places to walk or cycle in and around the common.

Bridleways and local footpaths are all well signposted. Fritton Common is one of only a few large grassy commons remaining in south Norfolk
still under traditional management by light cattle grazing. Several natural ponds are present and these support well developed marginal and aquatic vegetation. The abundance of water plants supports a diverse range of wildlife, including the locally rare water-beetle. The ponds are also breeding sites for the Warty Newt.

Prices range from £200 per week
